POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

We are glad you decided to rent one of our homes! Below is our general policies and rates. Please keep in mind that the rates may change at any given time and do go up for major conventions and holidays.

We require a deposit of 50% to hold the reservation with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Deposit is due within 1 day of making a reservation, otherwise we may release the home for another reservation. Only Credit Card holder may cancel reservation. All deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of arrival date. Any cancellations 31 days or more before arrival date, landlord will retain 100% of deposit, to be credited towards any future reservations. Only credit card holders are able to request a cancellation.. All 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units have a $55.00 cleaning fee. All 3, 4, and 5 bedroom units have a $150.00 cleaning fee. All 6 bedroom and larger units have a $200.00 cleaning fee. All homes have a $35.00 processing fee. There are no taxes, room fees, or any other hidden fees.

We accept Visa, Maser card, Money orders, and Checks Daily maid service is available if needed from $85.00 - $150.00/per day

1. HOW DO I GET KEYS?
All of our homes feture keyless entry recoded for your stay.

2. CHECK IN?
Please call prior to arrival of your home, a member of Vacation LV Homes team will meet you at the home for check in.

3. ARE THERE LINENS AND TOWELS OR DO WE NEED TO BRING OUR OWN?
We provide all the linens, wash cloths, and towels you will need for your stay, you will find an abundance of each.

4. IS THERE A WASHER AND DRYER?
Yes! Each home is equipped will a washer and dryer for you convenience.

5. ARE THERE POTS, PANS, DISHES, AND GLASSES?
Yes! All of our homes have fully equipped kitchens.

6. HOW FAR FROM THE STRIP ARE THE HOMES
All of our homes are conveniently located near the Las Vegas Strip. As driving times will vary with traffic, all of our homes are approximately 5 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip as well as the airport.
