This is one of our five bedroom homes with a loft (or 6th bedroom) three full bathrooms, and is well equipped to sleep up to 16 people at ease. It sits on a large lot in a great neighborhood. The Yard is perfect for accommodating your outdoor functions, or giving the kids some room to play! You can get away from the sun under 30 x 15 ft, cool, covered patio. This home features ample parking for up to five vehicles.

The Great room boasts a big screen TV with cable; high-speed Internet access, as well as a cozy fireplace. With the open floor plan, and convenient seating, in this 3500 sq ft home, there’s plenty of room for your group to have their space to play, relax, and socialize! The kitchen is open to the Great room area and comes fully stocked with utensils; cookware; flatware; large refrigerator with freezer; stove and oven; microwave; coffee maker and much more! Just add food, and enjoy a home-cooked meal right here in Las Vegas! Dine in comfort in one of two dining areas. One area includes a large six chair table for a cozy meal, or entertain a large group with the party- sized ten chair table and dry bar with seating for four, located just off of the kitchen. 

Unwind and enjoy some TV in the master bedroom, featuring a secluded master retreat. This room is furnished with a king size bed. The master bedroom also boasts a large walk-in closet; private bathroom with a jetted spa tub and double basins.

The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, and 5th bedrooms each have a queen size bed, and are all equipped with cable televisions. The Loft or 6th bedroom is great to add more people to your group.

The patio is located just off of the Great room, and provides seating for relaxing outside, and a spa to take your relaxation level up a notch. Also on the patio is propane BBQ. A washer and dryer will come in handy after all of the fun in the backyard, so enjoy the unlimited use of these appliances during your stay! Conveniently located within a close distance, you can find restaurants, shopping and even a gym.

Just a short drive away you can find red rock canyon for some hiking and adventure. Lake mead is about a 20-30 minute drive where you can enjoy jet skiing, water skiing, boating, and fishing or just relax in the water
