The great room has a pool table, high speed internet access, big screen TV w/ cable, and enough seating for you and your friends... attached is a large fully stocked kitchen and dining room with a large 6 chair table and a 4 chair drybar, through the french doors is the lush landscape yard with a private sparkling pool and spa, under the 40 by 15 covered patio is a table and chairs and lounge chairs for you and your quests, above the covered pation is a balcony with a never ending view of the Las Vegas strip and valley.

This home also has a washer, dryer, and a 2 car garage, and a large driveway that will park up to 15 cars and unlimited street parking.
