This is one of our five bedroom homes that features a two-car garage, two master suites, three bathrooms, and is well equipped to sleep up to 9 people at ease. It sits on a half-acre lot in a custom home neighborhood. It features one of our largest grassy outdoor areas, perfect for accommodating very large outdoor functions, or giving the kids some room to play! You can get away from the sun under 40 x 15 ft, cool, covered patio, or see the lights of the city from a rooftop balcony. This home features ample parking for up to twenty vehicles; there is even room for motor homes or other large vehicles. Not enough room? Take advantage of the unlimited street parking!

The Great room boasts a full size pool table; big screen TV with cable; high-speed Internet access, as well as a cozy brick fireplace. With the open floor plan, and convenient seating, in this 3000 sq ft home, there’s plenty of room for your group to have their space to play, relax, and socialize! The kitchen is open to the Great room area and comes fully stocked with utensils; cookware; flatware; large refrigerator with freezer; stove and oven; microwave; coffee maker and much more! Just add food, and enjoy a home-cooked meal right here in Las Vegas! Dine in comfort in one of two dining areas. One area includes a large six-chair table for a cozy meal, or entertain a large group with the party- sized ten-chair table and dry bar with seating for four, located just off of the kitchen. 
 
Unwind and enjoy some TV in the master bedroom, featuring a secluded master retreat. This room is furnished with a king size bed, a double size bed, and a twin size bed. The master retreat, located just off of the master bedroom provides some additional private space and is furnished with a queen-size bed. The master bedroom also boasts a large walk-in closet; private bathroom with a jetted spa tub and double basins; and large sliding door with access to the lush backyard.

The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th bedrooms each have two queen size beds, and are all equipped with cable televisions. The secluded 5th bedroom is the second master suite. It features a double size bed; private bathroom with a shower and basin; and access to the backyard.

The patio is located just off of the Great room, and provides seating for relaxing outside, and a spa to take your relaxation level up a notch. Also on the patio is propane BBQ. A washer and dryer will come in handy after all of the fun in the backyard, so enjoy the unlimited use of these appliances during your stay! Conveniently located within walking distance, you can find restaurants, shopping, tanning; a nutrition store; and even a gym.
