This lavish retreat features four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Four bedrooms for my whole group, you ask? Well certainly, with the bonus of a large 400 sq ft room, this house is able to easily accommodate any size group, up to twenty-one people! Located in a quiet neighborhood, and still just minutes from Las Vegas Boulevard, you can also find shopping, pharmacies, grocery stores, dining, tanning, postal services, dry cleaning, hair stylists, gyms, and even a Starbucks nearby.

This home is made for relaxation, with two levels to ensure that you can get the quiet time, or the playtime in that you’re craving. The lower level is your entryway into this retreat, leading you home after a busy day, or night in Las Vegas. Cozy up on the soft couches and enjoy the big screen TV with cable, or unwind beside the tranquil, three-way, sealed, gas fireplace. No need for chopping wood here! Not tired quite yet? Step into the game room and enjoy a game of air hockey, on the air hockey table; or even a game of pool, on the full size pool table. Speaking of pools, yes, this home has that too. We didn’t miss a thing! Head outside to this aquatic getaway and cool down during those boiling summer days, (or opt to heat the pool for breezy winter days), in this pristine, sparkling swimming pool. Young swimmers? They will be sure to enjoy the shallow wading area to splash around in. This gorgeous pool is salt water generated, and uses no chlorine. (That means no dry, itchy skin, or green hair!) During those cool evenings, warm up and wind down in this eight-person spa, and listen to the sounds of the waterfall as you gaze up at the stars. When you’re done, dry off at the outdoor table, or enjoy a meal under the stars.

Las Vegas has some of the country’s top restaurants, however if you’re craving some home cooking, or you’re simply on a budget after all of that poker, create your own masterpieces in this comfortable kitchen. No need to bring your cupboards’ contents, this kitchen comes stocked with flatware, cutlery, utensils, cookware, and more. Whip up a meal on the superb stove and oven, or take the easy route and use the built-in microwave. This kitchen also comes equipped with an oversized side-by-side refrigerator, with a built-in water and ice dispenser right in the door. Other amenities include a dishwasher and plenty of counter space made from exquisite granite, as well as a dry bar with seating for two, which leads into the elegant living room. The dining area is located just off of the kitchen and encompasses a large pub-style dining room table with seating for eight.

Heading upstairs, ease behind double doors to find the master suite overlooking the pool and spa. Make yourself feel at home with your own private bathroom featuring a shower, bathtub, double basins, and walk-in closet. This sequestered room is outfitted with two queen size beds, and is the perfect location to zone out and breathe easily as your day winds down.

Head down the hall to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms that are respectively furnished with a double and twin bed, which are overlaid with cushy comforters, and soft fluffy pillows. Progress further down the hall to discover the considerably sized, 400 sq ft bedroom that features three queen beds, two double beds, and 1 twin bed with a generous amount of space for some serious pillow fights!  Missing your favorite TV shows? Ease off to sleep by watching the TV/DVD player and recuperating for another exciting day in Las Vegas. Feel free to take advantage of the washer and dryer provided on the second level during your stay… just don’t wash that lucky shirt!
